Job summary
The Talent Acquisition Executive (TAE) is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding selected candidates. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
In addition to recruitment, the TAE collaborates with hiring managers to align hiring strategies with business objectives, maintains candidate databases, and monitors key recruitment metrics. This position also contributes to employer branding efforts, ensures compliance with labor laws, and supports HR initiatives related to employee engagement and retention.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes efficiently are essential for success in this role.
- Staffing Needs Assessment : Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions for various positions.
- Candidate Sourcing : Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Create High-Quality Design Deliverables: Craft detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visually polished UI designs using industry-standard tools. Ensure designs reflect a deep understanding of user journeys, accessibility standards, and best practices.
- Resume Screening : Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates suitable for further assessment.
- Candidate Evaluation : Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, background, and cultural fit.
- Job Offer Negotiation : Negotiate job offers with selected candidates ensuring both organizational budget and candidate satisfaction.
- Candidate Database Management : Manage and maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers : Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and gain insights on team dynamics.
- Strategic Hiring Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and craft precise job descriptions that align with organizational goals.
- Recruitment Strategy Development : Develop and implement recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract top talent.
- Candidate Engagement : Provide candidates with detailed information regarding career opportunities and company culture.
- Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously: Effectively manage and prioritize multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining the highest quality standards. Coordinate with stakeholders to manage expectations and communicate progress.
- Talent Pipeline Building : Build a strong network of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Onboarding Coordination : Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
- Recruitment Analytics : Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Industry Trend Monitoring : Stay updated with recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Employer Branding Initiatives : Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment to promote the employer brand.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with employment regulations and best practices throughout the hiring process.
- HR Collaboration : Partner with the HR team to drive initiatives that promote employee well-being, diversity, and inclusion.
- Employee Engagement Support : Assist in planning company events, cultural programs, and team-building activities to enhance workplace morale.
- New Hire Integration : Support onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless new hire integration.
- Technology & Automation : Recommend and implement new recruitment tools, AI-driven hiring technologies, and automation techniques.
- Legal & Policy Compliance : Ensure adherence to labor laws, hiring policies, and recruitment best practices.
- Confidentiality & Integrity : Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout the recruitment process.
- HR Documentation Support : Assist in HR documentation and policy implementation as needed.
- Adhoc Tasks : Willingly undertake any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Digital Operations (HODO) or Senior Management to support overall team objectives.

- Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Work Experience : Minimum of 2+ years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Recruitment Technology Proficiency : Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Interviewing Expertise : Strong understanding of interviewing techniques and candidate assessment tools.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
