About the Role

As a Full-Stack Developer at Ralecon, you’ll work with the development team of intuitive and efficient web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, SEO specialists, and content writers,Digital account managers and PPC team ensuring high-quality user experiences. Your responsibilities will span from building visually appealing front-end interfaces to developing robust back-end systems and managing databases.

You’ll also take part in optimizing performance, maintaining code quality, and troubleshooting technical issues. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, continuously enhancing your technical expertise while contributing to the company’s growth.

Job summary

• Web Development: Build and maintain responsive websites and web apps using HTML, CSS (SASS/LESS), JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Frontend Development: Develop interactive and dynamic interfaces using React.js integrated with WordPress ACF for seamless content management.
• Backend Development: Build and maintain back-end services using Node.js, ensuring efficient data management through REST APIs and GraphQL, mySQL,SQL.
• UI/UX Optimization: Optimize user experiences by leveraging responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap and implementing web performance best practices.
• Mobile Development: Develop and maintain mobile applications using Java/Kotlin for Android and Swift for iOS.
• Database & Cloud Management: Work with Firebase for real-time databases and AWS for scalable cloud storage solutions.
• Code Quality and Security: Ensure secure and scalable code by following best coding practices and conducting regular code reviews.
• Version Control: Collaborate with teams using Git/GitHub for code management, reviews, and version control.
• Debugging & Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues across the stack to ensure smooth and stable performance.
• Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to enhance project outcomes.
• Ad hoc Tasks: Willingly undertake any other tasks as assigned.

You are the right fit, if you have

• Experience Required: You have 2.5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Frontend Proficiency: Proficient in HTML, CSS (SASS/LESS), JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js.
• WordPress Integration: Experience integrating WordPress ACF with React.js for dynamic content rendering.
• API & Data Management: Strong understanding of GraphQL and handling JSON data for API-driven development.
• Responsive Design Expertise: Knowledge of responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap.
• SEO & Performance Optimization: Familiarity with SEO best practices and web performance optimization techniques.
• REST API Integration: Experience working with REST APIs and third-party service integrations.
• Mobile Development Skills: Mobile development expertise with Java/Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS).
• Cloud & Database Management: Experience with cloud services like AWS and real-time databases like Firebase.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Version Control & Collaboration: Proficiency with Git/GitHub for version control and team collaboration.
